Delivery Policy

  1. Delivery Areas & Timeframes

Green Pastures Global Pty Ltd delivers primarily to the following areas:

Sunshine Coast
• Estimated delivery timeframe: 3 to 5 business days from order confirmation

Brisbane Metropolitan Area
• Estimated delivery timeframe: 3 to 5 business days from order confirmation

Other Areas
• Delivery to regional or remote areas may be available by arrangement.
• Please contact us to confirm availability, delivery schedules, and applicable fees for other locations.

  1. Delivery Days & Times
    • Delivery days and times are scheduled based on route planning and operational capacity.
    • Requested delivery times are not guaranteed.
    • Green Pastures Global reserves the right to adjust delivery schedules as required.

  1. Minimum Order Requirements
    • Minimum order values may apply depending on delivery location and product category.
    • Separate minimum order quantities (MOQs) may apply for certain products.

  1. Delivery Fees
    • Delivery may be free of charge within selected delivery zones and subject to minimum order values.
    • Delivery fees may apply for remote areas, small orders, or urgent deliveries.
    • Any applicable delivery fees will be advised at the time of order confirmation.

  1. Receiving of Goods

The customer must ensure that a responsible person is available to receive and sign for goods at the time of delivery.

By accepting delivery, the customer confirms that:
• The correct products and quantities have been delivered
• The goods are in acceptable condition
• Temperature-controlled products are received within safe temperature ranges

  1. Authority to Leave (ATL)

If the customer provides Authority to Leave:
• Goods will be left at the nominated location at the customer’s risk
• Green Pastures Global is not responsible for loss, theft, damage, or temperature compromise after delivery
• The customer accepts full responsibility for product integrity once goods are left unattended

  1. Failed Delivery

If delivery cannot be completed due to:
• No authorised person present
• Unsafe or inaccessible delivery location
• Incorrect delivery instructions

Green Pastures Global may:
• Return goods to depot
• Reschedule delivery at the customer’s cost
• Charge a re-delivery fee

  1. Temperature Control & Food Safety

Green Pastures Global complies with applicable food safety and cold chain requirements.

The customer is responsible for:
• Promptly transferring chilled and frozen goods to appropriate storage
• Maintaining correct storage temperatures after delivery
• Ensuring food safety compliance at their premises

  1. Delivery Discrepancies

Any discrepancies (short, incorrect, or damaged goods) must be reported within:
• 24 hours for chilled, frozen, and fresh products
• 48 hours for dry and UHT goods

Claims outside these timeframes may be declined.

  1. Weather & Force Majeure

Delivery schedules may be affected by extreme weather, road closures, vehicle breakdowns, or other events beyond our control. Green Pastures Global Pty Ltd is not liable for delays caused by such events.

  1. Changes to Delivery Policy

Green Pastures Global Pty Ltd reserves the right to update this Delivery Policy at any time. The latest version will apply to all deliveries.
