Terms & Conditions of Trade
- Definitions
“Green Pastures Global”, “we”, “us”, or “our” means Green Pastures Global Pty Ltd.
“Customer” means any person or entity purchasing goods from Green Pastures Global.
“Goods” means all products supplied including dairy, beverages, fresh and UHT products.
- Pricing & GST
• All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD).
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
• GST will be applied where applicable in accordance with Australian law.
• No retrospective price adjustments will be made for previous purchases.
- Orders
• All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.
• Green Pastures Global reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order.
• Order confirmation does not constitute acceptance until goods are dispatched.
• Errors in pricing or product descriptions may result in order cancellation and refund.
- Payment Terms
• Payment terms are as agreed with the customer (e.g. COD, 7 days, 14 days, Ect
• Overdue accounts may be placed on hold.
• Green Pastures Global reserves the right to charge interest on overdue balances in accordance with applicable legislation.
• The customer is responsible for all costs associated with debt recovery.
- Delivery
• Delivery dates and times are estimates only.
• Green Pastures Global is not liable for delays beyond its control.
• Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery.
• Title to goods remains with Green Pastures Global until full payment is received.
- Inspection & Acceptance
• The customer must inspect all goods at the time of delivery.
• By signing or accepting delivery, the customer confirms the goods are correct and in acceptable condition, except where noted at delivery.
- Returns & Refunds (Food Safety Policy)
Due to food safety regulations, returns are strictly limited.
Timeframes:
• Fresh dairy, chilled, perishables: Within 24 hours of delivery
• Frozen products: Within 24 hours of delivery
• Dry goods & UHT products: Within 48 hours of delivery
• Non-stock/special order items: Not returnable unless faulty or damaged
Conditions:
• Goods must be unopened, in original packaging, and stored correctly:
• Chilled: below 5°C
• Frozen: -18°C or below
• Proof of correct temperature storage may be required.
• No returns accepted without prior authorisation.
- Damaged, Short or Incorrect Goods
• Damaged goods must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
• Short or incorrect goods must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
• Claims not made within these timeframes may be declined.
- No Change of Mind
• Green Pastures Global does not accept returns or refunds for change of mind.
- Non-Stock / Special Orders
• Products ordered specifically for a customer cannot be returned unless faulty or damaged on delivery.
- Limitation of Liability
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, Green Pastures Global is not liable for indirect, consequential, or economic loss.
• Liability is limited to replacement of goods or refund of the purchase price.
- Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
- Suspension of Supply
Green Pastures Global reserves the right to suspend or terminate supply for:
• Overdue accounts
• Repeated returns or claims
• Breach of these Terms
- Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
The parties submit to the jurisdiction of Queensland courts.
